Howl's Moving Castle by Diana Wayne Jones

Sophie is the eldest daughter, which means she isn't meant for adventure and excitement or so she believes. When a wicked witch puts her under a spell, her life is told upside down and it looks like she's meant for adventure after all.

Previously I had watched the Studio Ghibli adaption before reading the book. The book exceeds every expectation. Diana Wayne Jones is an incredible author. She has incredible pacing, creates amazing characters, and built an incredible world.

I really enjoyed getting to see Sophie and Howl's relationship grow and develop. You learn so much more about them as people in the book.

This book is an easy 10/10 definitely read. You will fall in love with the characters and want to stay cozy in their world.
